This upcoming session we are offering more morning classes, as well as Belly Dance, Lap Dance, Curvy Girl classes, Returning Pole, and more Aerial classes throughout the week.

Tease Dance and Fitness: We Have Fitness for Every Body

Tease Dance and Fitness pole classWe have a saying at Tease Dance and Fitness: We have something for every body.

Tease is excited to offer a lot of different fitness options in our Aurora studio.

In addition to our pole dance fitness classes, we also offer burlesque classes, lyra (aerial hoops) instruction, aerial silks, and instructional ‘chair dance’ routines.

But we don’t stop there. Tease also offers options that can allow every body to participate. Whether you’re recovering from illness or injury; have issues with stiff joints, flexibility, or mobility; or are maybe a little intimidated by the apparatuses, we have classes on our schedule that will boost your energy and your confidence.

Melanie on silksTease recently introduced a Curvy Silks class focused on our gorgeous, curvaceous women.

Led by a social worker and fellow curvy girl, this class will focuses on building self esteem as well as the strength, flexibility and grace to rock the silks.

This class leads women through a warm up, stretch, and conditioning section that prepares for climbs, sits, stands, locks, and knots. This class is specifically tailored for our curvy girls, providing a safe space for women to attempt new tricks and get a fun workout without falling victim to comparisons and feeling shame about their bodies.

Care to keep your feet closer to the ground? Check out our Beginner Lap Dance class. This 8-week series you will help you say a lot without saying a word. Students can compliment and build onto their own free- dance style with various strips, peels, reveals, shoes, and styles. You won’t want to miss this class! Learn more our website
